We are delighted to be able to announce the appointment of Tim Mungeam as Chief Executive of The Forgiveness Project. He will be coming on board in September to further strengthen the influence and impact of the charity’s work.
Tim will be working alongside our founder, Marina Cantacuzino, who will continue her work on collecting and developing restorative narratives. “This is a really exciting and important time for the charity” says Marina, “and I feel Tim has exactly the qualities and skills we need to develop the organisation’s reach over the next few years.”
Tim has spent 25 years in the voluntary sector working at a senior level for a number of high profile, pioneering not for profit organisations in the education, community development and mental health sectors.
He says: “I feel enormously privileged to be taking on this role at The Forgiveness Project, an organisation which I have always seen as instrumental in promoting dialogue surrounding alternatives to cycles of conflict, violence, crime and injustice. I’m hugely excited at the prospect of working alongside Marina and the team of storytellers, RESTORE facilitators, partners and supporters to ensure that this vital work reaches an ever wider audience.”
