There will be a special film screening of Beyond Right and Wrong, Stories of Forgiveness at Asthall Manor Ballroom on the last Friday in January. This documentary tells the stories of people who both endured and perpetrated cruelty and aggression in the genocide in Rwanda, the violence in Israel/Palestine, and the “troubles” in Northern Ireland. This film focuses on extreme situations but is actually the human story of everyday possibilities in life.
The screening will be followed by dinner and a discussion between Marina Cantacuzino, founder of The Forgiveness Project, and Roman Krznaric, author of Empathy: a Handbook for Revolution
Tickets are £25 for the evening.
